SAMCO Serial Number

Could someone please help me decipher a SAMCO serial number? After a few hours on the interweb I think I've figured out that it was a Royale with a 440. It's s/n 59R-1043-C. This is the number on the bill of sale from when he purchased it and may be missing a zero at the beginning of the number?My Father bought this car December 22 1969 in Vancouver B.C. Canada. There is some evidence that this was the only one in Canada at that time. He came across this car a few years after he had sold it and it was in rather poor condition. Ideally I'd like to find this car and restore it. Any help at all with info on this (or the SAMCO cars in general) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Bart
