As our group here in Connersville has been planning your 2023 ACD Mini-Meet for August, 25-27, we talked about what the ACD Club means to each of us and how that organization has influenced so many throughout the decades since its original “call to order”.  But, in the end it is really not the cars that are the stars.  It is the many friendships that are made from those of you who live in a small town to those who live in a metropolis.

     We have many activities planned that will keep you engaged throughout the weekend.  We have included a historical house tour, and a tour to the Salty Dog Museum that features antique automobiles and firetrucks.  A special trip and tour to the county west of Fayette will certainly be a great place for photo opportunities for ourselves and our cars, as it has five covered bridges, a wonderful setting for our cars to shine.

     Our banquet speaker this year will be Tom Jones.  Tom is a past president of the Classic Car Club of America, as well as the Chairperson of the Keeneland Concours.  There are other plans for activities in the works, also.
