Ray Exton's Cord Resto-Rod Project - UPDATED APRIL 2005

I have attached some updated pics of my project. I know you guys might think it?s sacrilege to change the drive-train to rear wheel drive, but understand that I started with a body and not much else, and I could not afford to import original parts from the USA. We are forced to use what we have available in this country, as we do not have the huge number of motor spares and expertise that are available in the USA. The car will be done to concourse standard, so don?t think it will be a backyard hot-rod.

The advantage of this set-up is that I will have an extremely reliable car that I intend to use to drive around the country and attend sows etc.. I have two other award winning cars in my collection ? albeit that they are a street-rod side and a Corvette.
