Hi,
Great Photos, Bill.
I grew up with my Cord in the garage; they grew up with their Cord in service!

Wow - that is a cool collection of pics of the Cord and its family having fun and using the car in its heyday. These pics often just disappear - stunning!

I'm not sure. The dash in places is a dark green. I'm sure I'll learn a lot about this car once the beer starts flowing ....

So is that the original paint, Bill? I'm asking because if so it provides another hat thrown into the Cigarette Cream ring.

It's the Year of the Unrestored Car and this Cord Phaeton is making its first trip to Auburn! Owned at one time by Charter Members JIM & ALICE WILSON.
The restoration officially begins Saturday Night, August 30th, at 8pm next to the Auburn Hotel. The engine and transmission will be pulled by George Arakelian, Brad Waken and me (if they let me near it.)
Click on the photo below for a gallery of fascinating photos showing this Cord 812 S/C Phaeton in everyday life with the Wilson Family.
