Hi Mike, Photo is from the Eighth annual Meeting of the Classic Car Club of America in January of 1960 at Buck Hill Falls, Pennsylvania.
It's an L-29 Cord Town Car, that needs paint, of course.

Isn't that the Cord that (restored) is now in the Nethercutt Collection?

I am familiar with town cars without side mounts. I was at Nethercutt three years ago and don't remember seeing it , but I might have forgotten.

I have a copy of a promotional book Merle Norman put out around 1972, which has pictures of the Nethercutt town car at that time. It had a white hood and moldings, as well as sidemounts, just like the car in the photo, so I assume they are the same car.
