On this date, June 15, 1938, Dallas E. Winslow purchased the Auburn and Cord parts stock plus related equipment for $85,000. Winslow purchased the Auburn Automobile Company building, today the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum, for an additional $25,000.
