Academy of Art University A-C-D Collection

If you're in Northern California any time before the end of the month, be sure to stop in at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The Academy of Art University is hosting a free show of 69 of their best of the best in their collection of nearly 250 of the finest cars anywhere.

We stopped by to present a print of Alex Tremulis' rendering of the 1935 Duesenberg Model SJ Convertible Coupe by Walker LaGrande (J-530) the AAU just acquired at Amelia Island. Tremulis' custom rendering was illustrated in Chicago where his modifications were subsequently implemented on this car and two others.

Anyway, here's just a small bit of the awesomeness on display, and although these only represented about 1/10th of the exhibit, the rest of the cars on display were equally impressive...
