How are the sold cars described in this list? Only by owner and body style?

Hello Duesi Oldtimers:

This may be a typical Newbie question, sorry in advance, if my question is stupid.
Recently I read in an old article about a former Duesenberg collector: Mr. Fred Benson. According to this article Mr. Benson was collecting especially everything about the Duesi Model A, incl. the factory file of the purchase records. Another article named him as the former President of a Duesenberg Car Club....?

I wonder if these purchase records still exists anywhere. Is there any lead known where to find these informations?
