Joke of the Day - What people are really thinking....

Many years ago, I remember waiting impatiently for the next issues of "CARtoons" and "HOT ROD Cartoons" to hit the streets.

In them, there was invariably a doctored picture, much as I did that one.

In one, I recall a picture of a flooded street in an old western town with an old car apparently driving along on top of the water -

I'm sure it was from an old movie, and the caption read:
"Hmm... Must be those new style rain tires!"

I can't swear I got the inspiration from that, but hey!

*shrugs*

One must carry on the great traditions, eh???
