My second gear has more wear than I'm comfortable with. The actual synchro cone is well worn and the actual synchro teeth that the cone connects with are worn. I can provide pics later.If I machine down the gear synchro cone will it be ruined because of the hardening that all the gears have? Thanks for any suggestions.
