GM used them in 1936 , but that probably isn't going to be much help.
I bought a nos one 15-20 years ago thru a bearing specialty house in Alexandria, Va. Even then it cost $75 plus UPS and they had to order it elsewhere for me.
I have a friend who solved the problem by making a brass bushing for a replacement.
