Cigar Lighter Questions

Well darn... The lighter with the larger jewel in it is a reproduction... I was told this by a valued long time member of this forum I trust. It is a very nice lighter. From 20 ft it appears correct. It will be sent back. Sad part of this is I asked Felix if these cats eye cigar lighters were being reproduced. He said not to his knowledge. I DID NOT purchase this reproduction from Felix. I purchased the lighter on the left with the smaller jewel from Felix. That is the original lighter.

I purchased from two different members of this forum these cats eye cigar lighters. Both are said to be correct. As you can see they are different by a small difference. The one with the red paint inside the handle grooves has a larger cats ele and the inside has a odd plug in it. I'm not sure it will "light up" when used or tested for operation. My question is did Casco make slightly different lighters for the 36 & 37 Cords? If more pics are needed please ask.
