Rear Bumper Bracket

Some time back I posted pics of the front bumper and also the rear bumper so another member could see what they looked like. Someone commented on my rear bumper that it appears to have had an extra piece welded to it wrapping around from side to side at the fenders. Well sure enough it was true. So today I cut it off with me Oxy acetylene torch. It came off really easy and clean with no real nicks to the original material. I ground down the cut line of the old weld and was using my belt sander to finish it up when the belt decided it wanted to run away. Funny how that happens when you do not have a spare to finish the job. So I have something to do tomorrow now.. Pics to come also. Sadly I could not find the before pic I posted for another member.
