You might try George Arakelian, memory says he had one at the Auburn Flea market last year. It was complete as pulled out of a car, but with an odd coloring.

The ACD factory did indeed have a picture of a complete panel for sale on their web page. They probably don't update that page very often, but perhaps the panel is still available.

Probably be a good idea to contact Felix at the ACD Factory in Broken Arrow Oklahoma USA.
