Yes... This is the original name tag plate but.. When I got this it was all painted black and a poor job at that. But for $35.00 and free shipping I'm not complaining. Look back a few weeks to see my original posting about this voltage regulator. I hyperlinked the ebay sale where I purchased it. Really the only reason I bought it was it has the 4 bolt mounting base. I later found out from other members this is the much coveted original regulator for either the supercharged or non supercharged cars. I felt like something from Heaven was dropped into my lap. Now if I can find ANY part of the original GCO 4804 C Autolite generator I can rest easy.. Till I start looking for an air filter or bumper jack or original cigar lighter...
