Hi Josh
According to the Cord guys here there were at least 17 imported to South Africa. I know one was exported to England and was in the Beaulieu Motor Museum. I forgot to mention a maroon Westchester resident at a motor museum in Bloemfontein. Most of the others were destroyed one way or another.
I have a couple of photos of the cars that I have seen. Not sure if anyone wants to see them, and if so how and where I post them.

Thanks to those people who have posted replies, greatly appreciated.

It would seem that two Cord Sportsman coupe's have returned to America from South Africa over the past 10 or so years. Does anyone know these cars or perhaps their chassis numbers. :D

I saw the 810 Sedan at Beaulieu last summer.
Painted a non-standard color (pink metallic).

Did you notice the two piece hub-caps, the Cord emblems on the Sunvisors. I made a list of the variations from mine, but I'll have to look for it. I wondered why it was different! I thought I was told that it was on lone from an American? Ric.
