The natives in Auburn and Connersville Indiana called the Cord a Front Drive Auburn. The first prototype for the 810 Cord looked like a Auburn Sedan with the Cord front fenders.

Josh Malks lent me his copy of a 1932 Time Magazine that featured E.L. Cord on the cover.

Do you know what some people in the automotive industry said about the Cord cars?
