Here is my Locksmith working on the 1932 Packard Twin Six - it was missing all its keys keys. Sidenote: we later found the metal spare tire covers (they were hanging in the carriage house and .... - separated from the car for well over 10 years).

A good locksmith can make you a key - some may house call on an antique car too.

Oh, yeah! The grey car with red accents. Love that color combo. I see it has a Crosley radio, too.
Hope to see you in Auburn this Sept.
I will be bringing my Cabriolet, as well

Ken: Did you buy the cabriolet at auction?

Randy, did 36's have that low of number?

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

The original key would say Auburn on one side and Yale junior on the other side .You can find a generic blank but not with Auburn on it. Randy

Glovebox Key was created by kenswheels
Hello Everyone! My wife and I just took delivery of a 1936 Auburn 852 Cabriolet! She's a beaut! My very 1st question is....When she arrived, the glovebox key was missing and no one seems to be able to find it (it was there before it was shipped!). Is this a generic item, or keyed specifically to our car? We appreciate any and all help our new Club has to offer! Hope to see you all soon at events around the country!
