Believe there is a pin that holds the inside door handles to the inner end of the shaft from the latch/lock mechanism in the door. This will actually be similar for both the window winder and the door latch handle. The pin is hidden under the flattened bell shaped trim piece that fits between the actual handle part and the inside door covering fabric. This is sometimes refered to as the escutcheon. Both of the escutcheons have a coil spring inside, which causes all of the interior handle parts to fit together well. The pin is sometimes hard to see and somewhat difficult to push out, but once you get one done all the rest are the same.

The rest is just trim clips around the perimeter, and removal of the lower window trim strip. There is a hex or square bolt and washer holding the outer door handle, which may be under the fabric?!?

I need to remove the front passenger side door panel to repair the door latch mechanism. Can't get the exterior door handle to unlatch the door. I can't see how to remove the interior door latch arm and window crank. Any help would be appreciated.
