Hello . For some reason this particular car has no visable numbers on it . Why ? .A Harry Goodfellow from Canada showed it at Auburn in 1989 .It was sold at Auburn auction in 1993.It was for sale in Chicago in August of 2002 and was on Ebay last week Good luck Randy Ema

Hi,
I'm considering buying a 1933 Auburn Salon Phaeton 8-105 and wanted to find out whether the numbers on the car are OK. The frame number is 1886, the body tag is 2886H, and the engine number is GC1482. Can someone tell me whether these sound valid and anything else I should be checking on.
Thanks,
John
