We really need some photos to try and establish a value. Being an open car definitely helps the value,and that it has wire wheels. Different trim levels, how complete the dash and gauges are, how solid the wood is,rr if it has a Vin tag, and a hundred other "little things" that honestly need to be known.
I will go out on a limb and say its worth at least 2500$ <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt=":wink:" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

I have a chance to buy this car. I looked at it a couple of days ago and the problem is 1) I don't know much about the value of these cars. 2) The car is not assembled, owner removed all chrome to have it re-chromed which was done but has not been re-installed. It does need a new top and interior to be replaced. All 6 tires and spoke wheels are present. Engine turns over and owner says it ran perfectly 25 years ago, and also says he has every nut, bolt, and part needed to re-assemble. All glass looks good and under all the dust body looks perfect, underside of car has been restored and still looks good. I have an auto repair shop and would love to restore this fine car as a pastime. I have all equipment and background to do it correctly. I just need to know what it would be worth. I will drive it for a while to car shows and sell it when I retire, maybe! Thanks in advance to all.
