Just a courtesy note........Make sure you post correct and accurate information. If you want this to be a credable ACD site, review for accuracy prior to hitting the submit button. When not sure, ask.

I've been doing a little research. In 1931 and 1932, Auburn was installing V-12's. Later years were supercharged Straight 8's.

Whoa! You caught me! I was doing a quick cut n' paste from various places on the Internet to serve as Forum descriptions.

I obviously copied the wrong one! What's the correct answer?

I've been searching the Internet for the past 15 minutes and I am coming up with everything from straight 8's to V-12's.

I noticed that the ACD Forum list the speedster as having a Supercharged V8. I have been a member of the ACD Club of America since 1963 and Our family bought their first 851 in 1953 ( my unc;e had always wanted one since he sold them when they were new) So as you can see our association with them goes back a long time. But until the Replicar I had never heard of a V8 being fitted. Was this a Factory Special?
Regards Ross.
