I know why the picture changes, but that wasn't what I was getting at. Anyone who reads the first message in this thread will now wonder what picture was being talked about. For instance, right now, Gordon Buehrig's car is displayed. There's no illusion about the grill being upside down.

Is there anyway to figure out which actual picture was being displayed when the first message was posted and then add that picture in a message to this thread so anyone who reads this message thread from now on will see the actual picture that is being talked about?

There are two reasons why the picture always changes:

1) It is interesting to see new pictures all of the time

2) Everytime our tape drives backup the server, they replace the picture with a new one. It's an easy way for me to see that this website has been backed up without having to check the tape logs.


FYI, when you click on the picture, it always brings you back to the main page of the forums.

Since the picture at the top left always changes, how about posting the picture in question directly into this message thread?

Yes, it is an optical illusion that the grill looks up side down. This car has two BEST OF SHOW at ACD meets.
