Hi Bill:

I don't know, I would suggest that if you have a bad one you send it and see if they can match it. You might phone first to see what your chances are of their having one that size. You could also ask if you provided a return envelope would they return it if they couldn't provide one. Their catalog is very interesting so you might send them the $3.50.

Restoration Specialties & Supply, Inc. has some door springs, for $1.10each, but you have to send them the one you want to replace so they can match it. They also have lots of old style screws, hose clamps, etc. I have had very good service from them. Their catalog is $3.50 Their address is PO Box 328, Winder PA 15963. Phone 814-467-8842.

Is anyone making or have a supply of new door springs for the closing latch on 34/36 Auburn's. I have replaced 2 with old springs and they have both broken. I will not use used springs again. I have a manufacturer in area that will make up springs for me but they are quite expensive. I will if I have to though.
